Brighton Etsy Craft Party 2017 – A Round Up!

A big thank you to all of who who attended our Brighton Etsy Craft Party last Friday – we hope you had ALL the fun!

It was a fun filled night with over 100 attendees through the door of the Brighthlem Centre, Brighton on Friday 30th June.

We had a host guest makers from the team running a range of workshops which we featured on this blog in the lead up to the party.

The workshops, as always, were very popular and there were more workshops than at any of our craft parties before! A big thank you to all our workshoppers. You can find out more about each of their workshops on the night in this post here.

The photos are now in and were kindly taken by Oh Someday and Juream Box. You can see the full album on our Facebook page.

There was also a host of activities and games including hairy hedghog with some fab prizes! Alongside the games was some super scrummy cakes and homemade lemonade by Taj’s Tea Parlour, which certainly went down well on the night!

Many makers from our team kindly donated prizes for our raffle which was raising money for mental heath charity Mind. You can see a selection of the prizes and makers that donated in our blog post here. A big thank you to all who donated prizes once again.

Thanks to everyone who bought raffle tickets and donated to the drinks fund on the night – we raised £500 for Mind! How amazing is that?!

We’d also like to thank our sponsors CASS Art Brighton and also Brontie & Co. Chocolate for the delicious chocolate samples.

We must say a huge thank you to Toby of I like CATS who has been in charge of all things craft party and made the event the a great success. He, our team Captain Karli, and the other leaders (who you can see here), volunteer their time to run the team and organise events such as these throughout the year.

Keep tagging your photos #btnetsycraftparty on social media – we love to see all your makes and smiling faces from the night!

We hope you all enjoyed our craft party! Until next year….
