Drum roll! We are super excited to announce our Christmas market! Applications are open now and all the details are below…
The Brighton Etsy Sellers Team is made up of more than 600 local designer makers who all sell their work via Etsy.com, a global online handmade marketplace. This November a selection of 40 team members will be bringing items from their online shops to the Open Market for a special day of festive fun. There will be a wide variety of handmade and vintage items available; from prints, greetings cards and home furnishings, to jewellery, accessories and one-off unique finds. The market will be the perfect opportunity to begin your Christmas shopping away from the high street, and to also meet the makers behind the gifts you buy.
When: Sunday 16th November 2014
Times: 11am – 5pm
Where: The Open Market, Marshalls Row, London Road, Brighton, BN1 4JU,
The market will be a Brighton Seller’s Team (Brighton Etsy Team) branded market. All items sold must be either handmade, vintage or supplies. If you meet the Etsy sellers guidelines then you will also meet our market guidelines
The stalls are traditional market stalls with candy striped coverings and approx a 6ft x 3ft table size. The whole of the Open Market space is covered so although it may be cold the weather is not something you need to take into consideration.
There are several power points, If you require one of these please make a note on the form, and let us know why you need it (e.g. light)
A full stall costs £40
A half stall costs £20
You must have an Etsy shop to apply for this Market, it doesn’t matter how long you have been on Etsy however.
Application Deadline is 12pm – 8th October, applications will then be reviewed and all applicants will know whether they have been accepted or not by the 13th October.
